Hai Duong Department of Industry and Trade has 3 new administrative procedures on solar power

*Officials from the Department of Industry and Trade receive and process online applications for organizations and individuals at the Public Administrative Service Center.*

Specifically, the procedure for issuing a certificate of registration for the development of self-sufficient rooftop solar power connected to the national grid has a processing time of 10 days. The procedure for amending or supplementing a certificate of registration for the development of self-sufficient rooftop solar power connected to the national grid also has a processing time of 10 days. The procedure for notifying the development of self-sufficient rooftop solar power connected to the national grid has no specified processing time.

Organizations and individuals wishing to develop rooftop solar power can submit applications directly at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, via postal service, or through the electronic portal of the receiving agency.

These are three new procedures implemented under Government Decree No. 135/2024/ND-CP dated October 25, 2024, which stipulates the mechanism and policies to encourage the development of self-produced and self-consumed rooftop solar power.

Along with approving 3 new administrative procedures, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province also approved 26 administrative procedures that meet the conditions for providing full online public services and 27 administrative procedures that meet the conditions for providing partial online public services under the functions and tasks of the Department of Industry and Trade.

The Department of Industry and Trade currently has 134 administrative procedures under its jurisdiction. As of November 25th, the Department of Industry and Trade had received and processed 34,861 administrative procedure dossiers. Of these, 100% were processed on time or ahead of schedule.
