Hai Duong Department of Industry and Trade has 3 new administrative procedures on solar power

*Civil servants of the Department of Industry and Trade receive and process online applications for organizations and individuals at the Public Administration Service Center.*

Specifically, the procedure for granting a certificate of registration for developing self-produced, self-consumed rooftop solar power with connection to the national power system takes 10 days. The procedure for adjusting and supplementing the certificate of registration for developing self-produced, self-consumed rooftop solar power with connection to the national power system takes 10 days. The procedure for notifying the development of self-produced, self-consumed rooftop solar power with connection to the national power system (no processing time specified).

Organizations and individuals wishing to develop rooftop solar power can submit their applications directly at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, via postal service or the electronic information portal of the agency receiving the application.

These are three new procedures implemented according to Decree No. 135/2024/ND-CP dated October 25, 2024 of the Government regulating mechanisms and policies to encourage the development of self-produced and self-consumed rooftop solar power.

Along with approving 3 new administrative procedures, Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee also approved 26 administrative procedures eligible to provide full online public services and 27 administrative procedures eligible to provide partial online public services under the functions and tasks of the Department of Industry and Trade.

The Department of Industry and Trade currently has 134 administrative procedures under its jurisdiction. As of November 25, the Department of Industry and Trade has received and processed 34,861 administrative procedure files. Of which, 100% of the files were processed before and on time.
