Phu Yen : The Department has requested a second report, but many real estate agencies have still not submitted their reports.

Despite being requested twice by the Phu Yen Provincial Department of Construction, six real estate trading floors have still not submitted reports on their operational status.

According to information from the Department of Construction of Phu Yen province, on March 7, 2024, the Department issued a document requesting six real estate trading floors to report on their operational status.

Specifically, the Department of Construction requires real estate exchanges to report on their operational status (still operating, ceased operations, dissolved, bankrupt, etc.); operating location; operational capacity; and other relevant information as of March 2024.

The deadline for submitting reports to the Department of Construction was before March 22, 2024. However, on April 3, the Department of Construction stated that it had "not yet received reports from the units." Therefore, the Department of Construction requested that real estate trading floors seriously comply with the Department's request to submit reports (in Document No. 459/SXD-QLN) by April 12, 2024. The Department also stated that any unit failing to comply by the deadline would be subject to disciplinary action according to regulations.

According to the head of the Phu Yen Provincial Department of Construction, as of the afternoon of April 5th, the department had not yet received any reports.

The Department of Construction of Phu Yen province announced that it has publicly posted information on a number of real estate trading floors in the province in accordance with regulations.

However, monitoring has revealed that some real estate trading floors are inactive, have changed their operating addresses without notifying the management authorities, and have not complied with reporting requirements…

The Department of Construction has requested reports from six real estate trading floors located in Tuy Hoa City, including Comreals Real Estate Trading Floor (Comreals Real Estate Co., Ltd.); Bich Hop Real Estate Trading Floor (Bich Hop Co., Ltd.); and Gia Thanh Land Real Estate Trading Floor (Gia Thanh Land Real Estate Services and Brokerage Co., Ltd.).

Hong Phuc Land Real Estate Exchange (Hong Phuc Land Investment Consulting Co., Ltd.); Viet Thanh Land Real Estate Exchange (Viet Thanh Joint Stock Company) and Money Real Estate Exchange (Dai Hung Ha Co., Ltd.).
