"Everything is over, but the haunting feeling will surely last a long time in the hearts of teachers and everyone," he confided.

Teacher Bua said that on November 19, after cleaning up at school, he and the teachers went home to prepare to avoid the flood. The floodwaters rose high, inundating everywhere, many families had to climb onto the roof to ask for help...

"November 20th was supposed to be a happy day for teachers, but everyone was struggling in floodwaters, trying to save their lives and their families'. I called all the teachers in the school and was able to contact them all, but only the young teacher Ho Thi Trieu Tien in the flood center of Hoa Thinh was impossible to call.

I was scared and felt sorry for my teacher. Luckily, on November 22, she called back and was still alive. Thinking back now, I still feel scared" - the principal expressed.
