Complete 100 Petrovietnam STEM Innovation rooms before December 31
The program originated from the idea of General Secretary To Lam , and was launched by Petrovietnam on September 21. to concretize the Politburo 's resolutions on innovation and breakthroughs in education and training development. This is a large-scale educational project to upgrade educational infrastructure, support the training of young generations with science, technology, engineering and mathematics skills; affirming Petrovietnam's determination to accompany the country's strategy of developing high-quality human resources in the new period.
Accordingly, Petrovietnam has issued a plan to deploy 100 STEM rooms of Petrovietnam that all meet international standards in 34 provinces and cities. Each province will be invested with 3 STEM practice rooms, including 2 rooms for high schools and 1 room for middle schools, with priority given to difficult and border areas. To date, Petrovietnam has completed 11 STEM rooms and is determined to complete the goal of building 100 STEM rooms that meet international standards in 100 days, before December 31.
Special features of STEM Innovation Petrovietnam Not only building modern classrooms but also having the mindset of creating an educational ecosystem, connecting STEM rooms nationwide, and expanding international cooperation, first with the Singapore education system; developing curriculum and lesson plans specifically for the Petrovietnam STEM Innovation system; organizing teacher training, developing a team of Master Trainers locally to maintain and spread the program. This is an investment model that does not stop at "educational infrastructure" but aims to create "knowledge infrastructure", preparing high-quality human resources to take the lead in the era of industry - energy - digital technology.

From the implementation, experts evaluate that Petrovietnam's STEM Innovation rooms have modern standards, are equipped with the most advanced technology in the world, and serve training in the direction of experimentation, creativity, and integration.
Independent STEM expert Do Hoang Son commented that Petrovietnam has proactively created 100 STEM rooms nationwide to contribute to training and preparing future human resources for the country. "These will be 100 knowledge dissemination centers, where students can experience from basic to advanced STEM, innovation and creativity; at the same time, it will be an 'incubator' to train core teachers, creating a ripple effect to tens of thousands of schools," said Mr. Son.

From a macro perspective, Dr. Duong Tuan Hung, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, said that the campaign "100 STEM rooms in 100 days" shows a strong message about the pioneering role of state-owned enterprises in innovation and human development.
STEM seeds give birth to a generation of global citizens
According to schools, STEM rooms open the door for teachers and students to grasp human knowledge and innovate teaching methods. Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai, Vice Principal of Cau Giay Secondary School (Hanoi), assessed that modern classrooms help improve integrated teaching capabilities and create an environment to nurture creative scientific thinking for students.
Ms. Doan Thi Thanh Huong, Principal of Tay Mo Secondary School (Hanoi), considers this model a step to help shift from traditional classrooms to "borderless classrooms", creating conditions for students to connect and study internationally, broaden their horizons and build skills and capacities, becoming global citizens.
STEM Innovation Petrovietnam is opening a new journey, where the Vietnam National Industry and Energy Group not only provides energy, ensures national energy security but also lights up "knowledge energy sources" - the strongest and most sustainable energy source, creating momentum for the country's future development.
The program is a clear demonstration of Petrovietnam's spirit of accompanying the country, investing in people is investing in the future. Developing enterprises must accompany the nation and innovation must be the driving force for growth, the responsibility of "nurturing" future generations.

Petrovietnam is tirelessly "racing" against time to complete each classroom. Today's STEM seeds will blossom into global citizens, engineers, scientists, mastering technology for the country's future, contributing to bringing Vietnam forward strongly on the world map of intelligence and creativity. Petrovietnam STEM Innovation is not only an educational program, but also a journey to create the future with Vietnamese knowledge, will and aspiration.
Sharing about STEM Innovation Petrovietnam in the hallway of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly, delegate Nguyen Thi Ha (Bac Ninh) said: "When businesses equip the young generation with tools and creative thinking, it means investing in the future of Vietnam's economy. Petrovietnam is demonstrating its leading role not only in economic development but also in education and human development - the fundamental factor for sustainable development".
Delegate Nguyen Duy Thanh (Ca Mau) called this an "investment in knowledge energy" and emphasized its special significance to localities that have accompanied Petrovietnam for many years. This model will create a "knowledge cycle" when today's generation of students becomes a technical, managerial, and innovative force for the country's energy and industrial projects in the future.
