
The competition attracted many topics from more than 200 students and lecturers, with 31 topics reaching the final round, including outstanding studies such as Designing support equipment for stroke victims, Building a support system to improve the quality of learning for students, Fingerprint attendance system using a centralized management model, Impact of COVID-19 pandemic on health spending of people in OECD countries, Interior design of the exhibition area - preserving Mang Thit brick village, Using gac peel powder by-products in the production of fresh vermicelli products, Researching the ratio of glass walls suitable for energy consumption and lighting for buildings in Ho Chi Minh City conditions.

After the plenary session, sub-committee sessions took place simultaneously with 7 fields in the topics of Mechanics, Food Technology, Information Technology, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Design, Construction Engineering, Business Administration. These are the Faculties that have been training traditional majors of STU such as Mechanical and Electronic Engineering Technology; Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology; Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering Technology; Information Technology; Food Technology; Construction Engineering. In 2025, the school officially enrolled 10 new majors including: Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Quality Assurance and Food Safety, Construction Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Tourism, Economic Law, International Business, Finance - Banking. Opening 10 new majors not only meets social needs but also helps students approach future career trends quickly and effectively.


The competition will select quality scientific research topics and projects, representing the University to participate in student scientific research awards at all levels.
