Through the Parents Association, with nearly 10 regular and ad hoc meetings throughout the year, the School is always ready to listen and receive important suggestions from parents to improve the quality of services and teaching to bring the best possible learning experience to students. Typically, in the 2024-2025 school year, Wellspring Saigon connected with parents to implement a series of "Jobs shadowing" activities, creating opportunities for students to gain practical experience in different professions at large enterprises, an important step in the journey of future career orientation. Along with that is a series of nutrition seminars, led directly by a parent of the school, who is also a doctor and nutritionist in Ho Chi Minh City, with the goal of helping students better understand healthy lifestyles and reasonable diets.

In particular, when it comes to major school events, from fun events that spread positive spirit such as Family Day, Greatest Show, Happy Run... to traditional festivals such as Spring Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival... or volunteer activities such as donating milk and wheelchairs to patients at the Oncology Hospital..., the companionship and voice of parents always bring special marks, contributing to creating a unique identity for the Wellspring Saigon community. Typically, the Happy Run 2022 and 2025, when parents not only run with their children, but also accompany the school in organizing, charity activities and spreading the message of healthy living to the community.

From the 2024-2025 school year, Wellspring Saigon has officially incorporated the "Well-being" orientation into its development strategy. Not only focusing on academic results, the school also pays special attention to students' mental health, emotions and balance. A school psychological support network has been established, and parent seminars with the participation of reputable psychological education experts are held regularly.
