What's special about this job fair is that it's not only for university students but also attracts high school students from across Ho Chi Minh City, with approximately 2,000 participants.

Mr. Cao Quang Tu, Director of Admissions at Saigon International University, said: "SIU Career Fair 2025 is organized to create a space for connecting students and businesses in many fields such as finance - banking, technology, media, commerce, logistics, education … This year's event has expanded in scale with the participation of nearly 40 domestic and international businesses, set up at direct recruitment booths on campus."
According to Master Tư, expanding the target audience to include high school students helps them to quickly access recruitment trends, explore the labor market, listen to insights from businesses, and observe a simulated recruitment process. "This is an opportunity for students to gain a more multifaceted perspective when choosing a career and shaping a suitable learning path after high school," Master Tư shared.

Within the framework of the job fair, students and pupils can participate in many activities such as direct recruitment interactions between students and businesses, career counseling, and application submission.
In addition, there will be specialized workshops on professional skills, how to prepare a job application, application tips, and workforce trends in the context of digital transformation, such as: steps to prepare when applying for a job, future skills for a global career, with the participation of human resource experts and leaders.
On this occasion, Saigon International University signed a memorandum of cooperation with businesses to coordinate training closely aligned with actual recruitment needs, support students in internships and recruitment, organize vocational skills training programs, and share expertise.
Hundreds of job openings with starting salaries from 10 million VND/month.
At the job fair, many businesses are looking to recruit recent graduates with starting salaries ranging from 10-12 million VND per month.
Mr. Huynh Hoang Viet, Head of Corporate Customer Department at Nam A Bank's Quang Trung branch, said the branch is currently recruiting 10 personal customer relationship specialists and 5 corporate customer relationship specialists, with an initial salary of 10-12 million VND/month. In addition, the branch is also recruiting for two other positions, but for experienced candidates, with a starting salary of 15-26 million VND/month.
"We don't require extensive experience. Recent graduates will receive further training. However, they need skills such as communication, teamwork, technological understanding, discipline, and the ability to work under pressure," Mr. Viet shared.
Meanwhile, Yue Dian restaurant (Ho Chi Minh City) is looking to hire graduates in hospitality management with cooking skills, offering an initial salary of 12-15 million VND per month. "Besides a serious and disciplined work ethic, proficiency in English and Chinese will be an advantage," said Andy, the restaurant manager.
Starlightx Co., Ltd., HD Bank, Familymart, Blue Galaxy Group... are also recruiting for many full-time and part-time positions for graduates and undergraduates, with salaries ranging from around 10 million VND/month depending on the position.
