At the same time, the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer and appointment of Colonel Nguyen Thanh Hai (51 years old, hometown Tan Hong district, Dong Thap province), Deputy Director of Dong Thap Provincial Police, to take up work and hold the position of Director of Tra Vinh Provincial Police was announced.
