Strengthening international cooperation in the field of civil judgment enforcement in the context of building and perfecting the socialist rule of law state of Vietnam today

(PLVN) - To introduce to readers the theoretical and practical content of civil judgment enforcement in Vietnam in conjunction with the inevitable requirements of international cooperation, the Justice Publishing House publishes the book "Strengthening international cooperation in the field of civil judgment enforcement in the context of building and perfecting the current socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam" by Dr. Nguyen Huu Huyen - Director of the Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Justice.

One of the important parts of Vietnamese civil law is the law on civil enforcement to ensure that the judgments of the judicial bodies are enforced in practice. The legal provisions on civil enforcement in each country are built on the basis of their own theory and practice, as well as on the basis of reference to the legislative experience of other countries.

The book introduces to readers the theoretical and practical content of civil enforcement in Vietnam in conjunction with the inevitable requirements of international cooperation.

The book focuses on clarifying the theoretical basis and experience of a number of countries/regions, the current status of international cooperation in civil judgment enforcement, thereby proposing a number of solutions to strengthen international cooperation in this field in the context of building and perfecting the socialist rule of law state of Vietnam.

Although the author has devoted his heart and effort in the process of making the book, it is difficult to avoid certain shortcomings. The Justice Publishing House and the author look forward to receiving comments to help the book be more complete in the next edition.
