One of the important parts of Vietnamese civil law is the law on civil enforcement to ensure that the judgments of the judicial bodies are enforced in practice. The legal provisions on civil enforcement in each country are built on the basis of their own theory and practice, as well as on the basis of reference to the legislative experience of other countries.

The book focuses on clarifying the theoretical basis and experience of a number of countries/regions, the current status of international cooperation in civil judgment enforcement, thereby proposing a number of solutions to strengthen international cooperation in this field in the context of building and perfecting the socialist rule of law state of Vietnam.
