Specifically, the traffic police force of Lao Cai City Police will preside over and coordinate with the police of communes and wards to organize basic investigations, grasp the situation on traffic routes connecting to schools where students often drive motorbikes and electric vehicles; the situation of violations of order and traffic safety around the area, at gathering points where many students show signs of violating the Road Traffic Law through the security camera system and traffic monitoring... to develop an effective patrol and handling plan.

Regarding propaganda work, promote propaganda of laws on traffic order and safety for students and parents to raise awareness and responsibility in complying with legal regulations on ensuring traffic order and safety when participating in traffic... Through residential groups, parent associations..., the traffic police force will regularly remind parents not to let their children drive vehicles when they are not old enough, and strictly comply with the provisions of the Road Traffic Law.

Recently, the number of traffic accidents involving students has tended to increase.

Along with the above two contents, Lao Cai City Police will strengthen the implementation of patrols, control, and handling of violations in school-age children, focusing on errors that can cause accidents such as driving at a speed exceeding the prescribed speed limit, not having a driver's license, not being of legal age to drive, driving in a row, weaving, swerving, going in the wrong direction... In particular, cases where parents intentionally give their children who are not qualified to drive will be strictly handled.
