Strengthening measures to prevent hunger and cold for livestock and aquatic products in the Winter - Spring crop 2025-2026

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the average temperature this winter is forecast to be 0.5-1.0°C lower than the average of many years; especially in areas with high terrain such as the Dong Van stone plateau, the western and eastern mountain ranges and the valleys along the Gam River, there is a possibility of many strong cold spells, causing severe cold over a wide area. During the deep cold spells, frost and ice may appear, especially in the high mountainous areas of the province.

To proactively strengthen the implementation of measures to prevent and combat hunger and cold for livestock and aquatic products in the Winter - Spring crop 2025-2026 in the province, to minimize
minimal damage to livestock and aquatic products.
