I believe that the draft documents submitted to the 14th Congress were carefully and thoroughly prepared. In addition to correctly assessing the achievements in building and defending the Fatherland over the past 5 years, the draft clearly defines the direction and tasks of leading the cause of building and defending the Fatherland in the new period with a sharp way of thinking appropriate to the domestic and international context... That further strengthens the people's trust in the Party's wise leadership.

As a party member and writer, I am interested in cultural issues in general and literature and art in particular. The good news is that, in the process of leading the Vietnamese revolution, starting from the 1943 Cultural Outline, depending on each specific period, the Party and State's policies and guidelines on culture and art have always been developed and improved. In particular, this Draft Political Report once again affirms: "cultural development and human development are the foundation". This is the basic argument for all levels and sectors to recognize and pay attention to the strategy for developing Vietnamese culture and people in the new period.

Bringing literary and artistic talent to serve the Fatherland and the people is the legitimate aspiration of most generations of Vietnamese artists. The document clearly stated: "Promoting and encouraging the pioneering role of intellectuals, artists, businessmen and those working in cultural affairs". Therefore, caring for and creating conditions for artists to promote their creative role is not only the responsibility but also the ethics of a leader.

The 14th National Congress of the Party takes place in the context that our country has truly entered a new era - the era of national development. Each opinion contributed to the Draft Document, in my opinion, is a manifestation of the aspiration for peace, independence, democracy, wealth, prosperity, civilization, happiness...
