On the morning of April 26, the Department of Justice and the Executive Board of the Bar Association organized a training conference on professional expertise and legal knowledge to meet practical requirements for lawyers and other subjects in the province in 2025.

Nearly 90 lawyers, legal assistants, and legal consultants in the province, Dong Nai province, and Ho Chi Minh City attended the training. The training content included topics on lawyers' skills in participating in criminal proceedings; ethics and professional conduct of lawyers, presented by lawyer Le Hong Nguyen (Standing Member, Head of the Representative Office of the Vietnam Bar Federation in Ho Chi Minh City) and lawyer Nguyen The Phong (Standing Member, Chairman of the Ethics, Rewards, and Discipline Committee of the Vietnam Bar Federation).

Through the training session, the team of lawyers will better understand the skills, knowledge, new points, and experiences in the process of participating in criminal proceedings according to the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code, law enforcement, protection of justice, protection of rights and legitimate interests of individuals, organizations, and agencies; some contents that need attention regarding professional ethics in the practice of lawyers...
