It is known that in 2025, the Provincial Red Cross Society was assigned the task of training knowledge and skills on disaster prevention and control for commune-level disaster prevention and control shock forces in 10 key communes in Hai Lang and Trieu Phong districts.
Through training courses, the commune-level disaster prevention and control force will have access to specialized knowledge and skills on disaster prevention and control; helping the commune-level disaster prevention and control force to increase their proactiveness, readiness to respond and reduce natural disaster risks.
