On the afternoon of December 4, the Department of Home Affairs coordinated with the Department of Wages and Social Insurance, Ministry of Home Affairs to organize a training conference, deploying documents guiding the Labor Code on labor disputes, providing guidance on dialogue skills, negotiation, mediation, and labor dispute resolution.

Leaders of the Center for Supporting the Development of Labor Relations, the Department of Wages and Social Insurance, the Ministry of Home Affairs directly communicated the provisions of the 2019 Labor Code and related guiding documents to representatives of businesses in the province.

Equip practical skills in dialogue, collective bargaining, conciliation and labor dispute resolution for the team of conciliators and members of the provincial labor arbitration council. Provide useful knowledge, promptly resolve issues related to labor disputes and strikes at the grassroots level to protect the rights of employees and employers, contributing to stabilizing production and business at the enterprise.

The 2019 Labor Code is an important legal document with many innovations and improvements to many regulations related to labor relations, labor contracts, workplace dialogue, collective bargaining, conciliation and dispute resolution. The law also provides clearer regulations on the rights and obligations of employees and employers in the context of an increasingly developed and integrated labor market.
