Training on reviewing, reducing and simplifying administrative procedures

On the morning of April 4, the Department of Administrative Procedure Control - TTHC ( Government Office ) organized an online conference to train on professional skills to review, reduce, simplify administrative procedures and restructure administrative procedures, and provide interconnected public services. Attending the conference at the Khanh Hoa bridge point were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha - Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of departments, branches and localities.

At the conference, delegates were instructed to review, reduce and simplify licenses related to business activities according to Decision No. 104 dated January 25, 2024 and internal administrative procedures according to Decision No. 1085 dated September 15, 2022 of the Prime Minister ; restructure the administrative procedure process, provide interconnected public services according to Decision No. 206 dated February 28, 2024 of the Prime Minister. In particular, the process of reviewing, reducing and simplifying licenses related to business activities includes 4 steps: Statistics on regulations on administrative procedures related to licenses, completed before April 15; reviewing and evaluating administrative procedures, completed before May 31; synthesizing, reporting and submitting to the Prime Minister in June; implementing reduction and simplification plans according to the approved roadmap. The process of restructuring the online public service provision process includes: Selecting administrative procedures that meet the requirements of providing online public services; analyzing the current administrative procedure process; developing and approving a process restructuring plan; developing, testing and providing online public services; evaluating improvements...

It is known that in 2023, the province proposed a plan to reduce and simplify 12 administrative procedures under the authority of the central ministries and branches, expected to save nearly 665 million VND. The provincial administrative procedure settlement information system completed the connection with the National Population Database. The province has issued a plan to review and simplify internal administrative procedures in the system of state administrative agencies in the province for the period 2022 - 2025; monitor, urge the review, statistics, and issuance of internal administrative procedures; proactively research and propose plans to simplify internal administrative procedures under the authority of the National Assembly , the Government, the Prime Minister, ministries and branches of which the province is the subject of implementation; review, statistics, and announcement of 8 internal administrative procedures; approve and implement the plan to reduce and simplify 2 internal administrative procedures; issue 62 internal administrative procedures in agencies and units. The Provincial People's Committee also issued an action program to implement Resolution No. 02 dated January 5, 2024 of the Government on key tasks and solutions to improve the business environment and enhance national competitiveness in 2024; regulations on coordination, information exchange, provision and resolution of difficulties and problems for businesses and investors in the province...
