Training to promote quality productivity and digital transformation for businesses

On the morning of November 17, 2025, in Tuy Hoa ward, the Department of Science and Technology (KH&CN) coordinated with ICC Management Consulting Co., Ltd. to organize a training course on knowledge of quality productivity and digital transformation in the era of industry 4.0, for agencies and enterprises in the Eastern region of the province. This activity is part of the National Program to support enterprises in improving productivity and quality of products and goods in the period 2021-2030.

In her opening speech, Ms. Lam Vu My Hanh - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology emphasized: after 5 years of implementing the national program, Dak Lak has achieved many outstanding results: businesses have been supported to apply advanced machinery and equipment, many models have been built and successfully applied management systems such as HACCP, VietGAP, ISO 9001:2015, traceability activities and OCOP product development have been promoted. At the same time, the province is gradually forming high-quality human resources in the field of quality productivity and advanced management...

Training class scene

During the 1-day event, more than 60 delegates listened to the reporter of ICC Management Consulting Company Limited present four key topics: introducing policies and contents to support businesses in improving productivity and product quality; providing general knowledge about management systems and improvement tools such as ISO 9001, VietGAP, GlobalGAP, 5S, Kaizen, Lean, KPI; sharing practical implementation experiences in some localities; and guiding the application documents for provincial-level science and technology tasks associated with Decision No. 1322/QD-TTg dated August 31, 2020 and Decision No. 36/QD-TTg dated January 11, 2021 of the Prime Minister , and discussing and answering questions during the application process at the unit.

Previously, on November 14, 2025, the first class was held in Buon Ma Thuot ward, for agencies and businesses in the western region of the province. With a focus on digital transformation and advanced management tools, the training courses open up opportunities for businesses to optimize production processes, improve productivity and quality, and aim for effective competition in the era of industry 4.0.
