Training class scene
During the 1-day event, more than 60 delegates listened to the reporter of ICC Management Consulting Company Limited present four key topics: introducing policies and contents to support businesses in improving productivity and product quality; providing general knowledge about management systems and improvement tools such as ISO 9001, VietGAP, GlobalGAP, 5S, Kaizen, Lean, KPI; sharing practical implementation experiences in some localities; and guiding the application documents for provincial-level science and technology tasks associated with Decision No. 1322/QD-TTg dated August 31, 2020 and Decision No. 36/QD-TTg dated January 11, 2021 of the Prime Minister , and discussing and answering questions during the application process at the unit.

Previously, on November 14, 2025, the first class was held in Buon Ma Thuot ward, for agencies and businesses in the western region of the province. With a focus on digital transformation and advanced management tools, the training courses open up opportunities for businesses to optimize production processes, improve productivity and quality, and aim for effective competition in the era of industry 4.0.
