The entire sector carried out 3,910 administrative inspections and 58,025 specialized inspections and checks.
Through inspection, management has been rectified and legal policy mechanisms have been perfected in many fields; economic violations of more than VND 92,783 billion and more than 292 hectares of land have been discovered; 49,982 decisions on administrative sanctions for organizations and individuals with a fine of over VND 2,000 billion have been issued; 856 collectives and 3,862 individuals have been recommended for administrative handling have been considered; 94 cases and 73 subjects have been transferred to the investigation agency for further consideration and handling. |

In particular, the entire Inspection sector continues to implement the 2024 Inspection plan and assigned surprise inspections; accelerate the progress of issuing inspection conclusions; effectively implement resolutions and directions of the Steering Committee, the Government, the Prime Minister, and the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate on inspection work; improve discipline, administrative discipline, and public ethics in inspection work; develop orientations and inspection plans for 2025 with focus and key points, closely following the direction and administration of the Government, the Prime Minister, Party committees, and authorities at all levels.
The entire sector continues to effectively implement the Law on Citizen Reception, the Law on Complaints, the Law on Denunciation; organize the implementation of the Model and Regulations on online citizen reception; continue to urge and guide sectors to implement Party regulations and State laws on corruption and negativity prevention and control; the National Strategy on corruption and negativity prevention and control until 2030 and build a National Database on asset and income control.
