Tay Ninh: Completed repairing nearly 100 rooms to arrange accommodation for officials after the merger

According to Director of Tay Ninh Department of Construction Nguyen Nam Hung, in the field of public housing, the Department advised the Provincial People's Committee on plans to repair existing public housing and renovate old offices to arrange accommodation for officials after the arrangement of provincial administrative units.

Up to now, 98 rooms have been repaired and 126 officials and civil servants have been arranged. It is expected that after August 30, 2025, about 248 rooms will be handed over and put into use, meeting the accommodation needs of about 400 civil servants of the Party and State sectors.

At the same time, the Department of Construction also promotes the development of social housing. The Department advises the Provincial People's Committee to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of 4 social housing projects with a total scale of about 17.9 hectares, providing 1,570 apartments.

Specifically, the social housing project invested by Prodezi Long An Joint Stock Company with 400 apartments; the social housing project at Cau Tram Industrial Park with 947 apartments; the Ihoa Vina worker housing project with 48 apartments and the My Hanh social housing project with 175 apartments.

At the same time, the Department coordinated to organize a bidding to select investors for 2 social housing projects with a total area of 19.15 hectares, expected to build about 6,000 apartments. Of which, the 9.53-hectare social housing area in Duc Hoa Dong commune is invested by Long An Housing Investment and Development Joint Stock Company; the 9.62-hectare social housing area in the same area is invested by An Duc Hoa Investment Joint Stock Company.

Checking and urging the progress of social housing projects are also carried out regularly to ensure proper implementation.

The Department of Construction has sought opinions on the appraisal of the application for approval of investment policies and assigned investors to a number of key projects, including: the social housing project of the consortium of Saigontel Long An Co., Ltd. and Duc Hoa Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company; the Montana Apartment construction project of An Cu Social Housing Co., Ltd. in My Hanh commune; the Binh Hoa Nam social housing project of Hoan Cau Long An Co., Ltd. and the social housing project of An Hung Real Estate Construction Investment Joint Stock Company./.
