Te Thang builds a commune that meets legal access standards

Officers and civil servants of the reception and result delivery department of Te Thang commune handle administrative procedures for citizens.

The commune has well organized the dissemination of the content of CTCPL to officials and people, issued documents in accordance with authority, and publicly posted the full set of administrative procedures. At the same time, directed the "one-stop" department to receive and quickly and timely resolve the documents. The indicators in the PBGDPL criteria have been reviewed and seriously implemented, from publicizing legal documents to collecting public opinions, contributing to raising people's awareness of law compliance.

In 2024, the whole commune has 1,040 records related to the fields of civil status, certification, regimes, policies, land..., of which 100% of the records were resolved on time, in accordance with the prescribed order and procedures. Through the survey, assessing the satisfaction level of people, organizations and businesses on the quality, service attitude and settlement of administrative procedures, 100% of the votes were satisfied. Currently, in the commune, 5/5 TCPL criteria have achieved the maximum total score, no TCPL criteria have achieved less than the maximum total score. The total score achieved for the 5 criteria is 97/100 points and compared with the conditions for recognition of achieving CTCPL. In particular, the model of "Friendly Government, Serving the People" after coming into operation has brought about practical results, creating satisfaction for the people. In 2024, the Commune People's Committee sent 68 congratulatory letters to families welcoming new members and having happy events; 58 thank you letters to households donating land to expand roads for the New Rural Development Program; 32 condolence letters to families experiencing bereavement. By sending congratulatory letters, thank you letters, and condolence letters, the local government's concern and sharing with the people was shown, and the people agreed, trusted, and highly appreciated. At the same time, the satisfaction index with the commune government was improved.

To ensure security and order targets, Te Thang Commune Police advised the Commune People's Committee to deploy to agencies, units, schools and 9/9 villages to register units that meet security and order safety standards and propagate and mobilize 100% of households to sign a commitment not to violate the law. Along with that, organize a police conference to listen to people's opinions and collect opinions on people's satisfaction with the commune police. Thanks to that, the number of law violations in the commune has decreased compared to before, social evils have been controlled. For many consecutive years, Te Thang commune has been recognized as meeting the "Security and Order Safety" standard. The work of receiving citizens, dialogue with people, associated with handling petitions, complaints, denunciations, reflections, and recommendations of citizens has been maintained regularly by the Party Committee and the commune government and implemented promptly, in accordance with regulations, not allowing the situation of petitions and letters to be prolonged, bypassing levels, contributing to stabilizing security and order in the area.

Chairman of Te Thang Commune People's Committee, Tran Van Mau, said: To implement the criteria in CTCPL, the commune has arranged the working place of the "one-stop" department in a convenient location, with full necessary equipment to serve the people to carry out administrative procedures. At the same time, regularly monitor and correct the working style, manners and attitudes of the staff and civil servants to always be proper and dedicated to serving the people. Currently, most of the administrative procedure files of citizens are resolved in the correct order and ensure the prescribed time, without backlog. Thanks to the good implementation of the criteria of the commune meeting CTCPL, it has significantly contributed to helping Te Thang commune complete the criteria for advanced new-style rural development by the end of 2024.
