On the morning of September 19, the Elephant Conservation, Animal Rescue and Forest Protection Center coordinated with Chu Yang Sin National Park and Krong Bong Forest Ranger Department to release 6 wild animals into the wild.
The species include 1 Javan pangolin, 2 pig-tailed macaques, 1 long-tailed macaque, 1 python and 1 reticulated python. These are all endangered and rare species, listed in the Vietnam Red Book, belonging to groups IB and IIB.
Before returning to the wild, these animals were rescued, cared for and restored to health, qualified to survive in the wild.
Releasing them back into the forest contributes to preserving biodiversity and maintaining the rare gene source of Chu Yang Sin National Park.
Not only this time, since the beginning of 2025, Chu Yang Sin National Park has coordinated with relevant units to organize at least 4 releases of wild animals with a total of more than 80 animals into the wild.

Notable releases include 42 fish released in March, 24 fish released in April, 12 fish released in July and 6 fish released on the morning of September 19.
According to the leader of Chu Yang Sin National Park, the number of animals rescued, cared for and released back into the natural environment has tended to increase in recent years.
This shows the effectiveness of coordination between authorities, communities and conservation organizations in preventing and handling illegal wildlife captivity and trade.
