Ingredient:
+ 500gr pork skin
+ 20g salt
+ Green onion, pepper

Making:
Step 1: Wash the pork skin, scrape off excess fat to ensure the skin is smooth. Put the pork skin in a pot with green onions, ginger slices, and cooking wine. Boil for 20 minutes to remove odor and soften.
Step 2: While the pork skin is still hot, slice it into strips, rinse it with warm water and knead it thoroughly to remove the grease. Repeat until the water becomes clear. The cleaner the pork skin is and the less grease there is, the more delicious this dish will be.
Step 3: Put the pork skin into the pressure cooker, add water equal to the weight of the pork skin in a 1/1 ratio. Add green onions, pepper, ginger slices, dried tangerine peel, star anise, salt, seasoning powder, sugar, soy sauce. Set the cooking mode for the pork leg (50 minutes), then just let the pot work automatically.
Step 4: After the pot has released all the pressure, open the lid and remove the onions, ginger and spices. Pour the cooked pork skin liquid into your favorite container or mold, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator to freeze.
When the jelly is set, cut into your favorite shape. Mix the dipping sauce to taste, dip in it or mix it all together.
