Accordingly, the Ho Chi Minh City Women’s Football Club has agreed on a plan to hire 3 foreign players to increase the team’s competitiveness. These players will be in Vietnam as soon as possible. This will be the first time in the history of Vietnamese women’s football that a club hires foreign players.

In addition, Huynh Nhu will also wear the shirt of Ho Chi Minh City Women's Football Club to compete in the 2024/2025 Women's Asian Cup C1. This is a move that shows the Southern representative's determination to achieve high results in the continental playground.

In the 2024/2025 Women's Asian Cup C1, Ho Chi Minh City Women's Football Club is in the same group with Urawa Red Diamonds (Japan), Taichung Blue Whale (Taiwan) and the winner of the play-off match. In addition, Ho Chi Minh City Club I will also be the host of the group. The matches are scheduled to take place from October 6-12 at Thong Nhat Stadium.
