On the morning of May 7, a working delegation of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee, Yen Khanh District and Yen Mo District, led by the leader of the Department of Transport, visited and presented gifts to the families of the victims in the serious traffic accident that occurred on the evening of May 4, 2024 in Ninh An Commune, Hoa Lu District.
The accident occurred between a 34-seat sleeper bus with license plate 37F-00056, traveling in the direction of Ninh Binh - Thanh Hoa, driven by Mr. Vo Minh Chau, born in 1992, residing in Minh Chau commune, Dien Chau district, Nghe An province, and a motorbike with license plate 35H1-9115 driven by Mr. Dinh Van H., born in 1997, residing in Khanh Duong commune, Yen Mo district, carrying two people: Mr. Nguyen Tuan A., born in 2004, residing in Khanh Duong commune, and Mr. Bui Duc Th., born in 2005, residing in Khanh Cu commune, Yen Khanh district. As a result, Mr. Dinh Van H. and Mr. Bui Duc Th. died on the spot; Mr. Nguyen Tuan A. was injured and taken to Ninh Binh Provincial General Hospital for emergency treatment, where he later died.
At the victims' families, leaders of the Provincial and District Traffic Safety Committee kindly asked about their health, shared the risks and losses that the families encountered, and encouraged the families to overcome difficulties and improve their lives.
The representative of the working group of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee requested local authorities to continue to pay attention and provide material and spiritual support to the victims' families. Continue to promote propaganda, dissemination andeducation of traffic safety laws for each citizen, build a traffic culture, and contribute to curbing and reducing traffic accidents in the area.
On this occasion, the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee presented each family with a gift of 5 million VND to encourage and share the losses and risks caused by traffic accidents.
