In the first 9 months of 2024, the production and business process of Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company - Vinacomin was not only affected by the consequences of storm No. 3 but also faced many difficulties due to the lack of miners in general and skilled miners in particular. In particular, the quality of raw coal was not guaranteed compared to the plan because many market furnaces had broken and folded sections, significantly reducing revenue and production and business efficiency.
To overcome difficulties, at the Conference to review production and business activities in the first 9 months of 2024, Comrade Doan Dac Tho, Party Secretary and Director of the Company, called on the entire political system to join in, promote the spirit of solidarity, "Discipline and Unity" of Nui Beo miners, be ready to overcome difficulties, be proactive and creative to be determined to complete the production and business plan for the fourth quarter and the whole year of 2024.
To achieve the above goal, the Company has launched a 90-day and night labor competition in the fourth quarter of 2024, accelerated the transition to put the 30707 mechanized longwall into operation in early December, and applied reward and penalty regulations in the management of raw coal quality for production units.
With specific management solutions, in the fourth quarter, the Company will strive to produce 430,000 tons of raw coal, dig 3,550 meters of tunnel, process 45,000 tons of clean coal, revenue of 916 billion VND, average salary of over 18 million VND/person/month, ensure safety, stability of internal political security and take good care of workers' lives.
