Share Regarding this reunion, actress Thanh Huong said: "Mr. Tuan Tu and I have worked together before so we understand each other quite well. Just by looking at each other's eyes and acting, we know how the other will handle the situation, so we almost don't need to practice much. Every time we act together, I always feel a natural harmony and very real emotions. Whether the role is long or short, I always try to make the audience see the most genuineness, believe that the relationship between the two characters is real, that is the greatest success of an actor".

The actress also expressed her appreciation for the crew and director Hoang Nam: "This film has many young faces and fresh energy. Director Hoang Nam has a modern mindset and is very thoughtful when working with actors, especially young people. He always encourages senior artists like us to support and share experiences with the next generation. I really appreciate that because if cinema wants to be sustainable, it needs continuity."

The return of the couple Thanh Huong - Tuan Tu in "Don't Be Sad, Grandma" is expected to continue to bring natural, authentic and emotional "chemical reactions". The two not only clearly portray the psychology of parents but also show everyday, close moments filled with family love.

Sharing about her co-star, Thanh Huong confided that Tuan Tu is a senior in the profession that she respects very much: "When acting together, Mr. Tu knows how to listen to my ideas to coordinate well with me. We work together, have to interact and talk to each other a lot. A movie is a product of many people, everything has to fit together. So there cannot be anything that goes wrong, it will affect the whole movie."

Having won the 1st runner-up of Miss Hai Duong in 2006, actress Thanh Huong has made her mark with many impressive roles on television. In 2024, she won the Best Actress award at the Golden Kite Awards for her role as Luyen 'eel' in the film "How Beautiful Life Is".
