As Vice President of Tan An Commune Farmers' Association, I strongly agree with and appreciate the spirit of innovation, comprehensiveness and depth expressed in the draft documents submitted to the 14th Party Congress.

From practice at the grassroots level, I would like to propose some ideas:

Firstly, the Party and the State need to continue to pay more attention to improving farmers' income and living standards, especially in localities that are in the process of transforming production models. There needs to be a specific support mechanism for farmers to boldly apply scientific and technological advances, develop organic agriculture , high-tech agriculture and digital transformation in agricultural production and business.

Second, it is recommended that all levels and sectors strengthen the connection between the "four houses": the state - scientists - businesses - farmers, to create a closed value chain from production to consumption.

Third, we need to pay more attention to training, fostering and improving the capacity of grassroots farmers' association officials. This is the force that directly propagates, mobilizes and guides members to implement the Party and State's policies and guidelines.

Finally, I suggest continuing to pay attention to developing policies to encourage the young generation in rural areas to start businesses, especially in the fields of clean agriculture, digital agriculture and agricultural processing. Because only when the young generation is attached to and gets rich from agriculture will the rural areas be truly dynamic, modern and develop sustainably.

I believe that with the correct guidelines, strategic vision and wise leadership of the Party, together with the spirit of solidarity and creativity of the entire people, our country will certainly successfully achieve the goals set out by the 14th Congress, bringing Vietnam to rapid and sustainable development and increasing prosperity and happiness.
