Tuan Ngoc works out 3 hours a day. Tuan Ngoc won the first runner-up title of Mr. World 2024 at the end of November. When he was crowned Mr. World Vietnam, Tuan Ngoc's body was only slim. Compared to the physique of other contestants, Tuan Ngoc was completely out of place. Therefore, the strategy that the management company outlined for Tuan Ngoc was to change his appearance. The handsome man has had a strict body training process, from 2-3 hours a day. He focuses on strength exercises to increase muscle mass, combined with jogging to maintain body shape. Tuan Ngoc prioritizes clean, natural, nutritious foods. The handsome man divides his meals into 5-6 meals a day to ensure his body has enough energy and nutrients to exercise. In 4 months of high-intensity training, Tuan Ngoc's body has clearly improved, his abs and arms are more muscular than before. To make an impression on the international stage, Bui Khanh Linh's management company invested heavily in costumes. The model went to Egypt with more than 20 pieces of luggage. During the 1 month of accompanying the contest, the Vietnamese representative brought a friendly and neat image in every activity. "I usually wake up 2-3 hours before the start time to do makeup, hair and prepare costumes. I always keep a happy state to share and connect with other representatives.
