Thoai Son commemorates the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the cause of national liberation.

On April 28, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thoai Son district held an incense and flower offering ceremony at the Monument House of the district's heroic martyrs to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025). Attending the ceremony were Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of An Giang province Le Van Nung.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the members of the delegation respectfully bowed and observed a minute of silence to commemorate the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, and for the happiness of the People.

Before the heroic martyrs, the cadres and people of Thoai Son district promise to continue to strive to be worthy of the sacrifices and contributions to the glorious cause that previous generations have left behind, to maintain and promote the revolutionary achievements, and to contribute to building and firmly protecting the Fatherland.
