- From 8:00 to 8:50: Under the direction of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Vu Hong Thanh, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the Hall, listening to the following contents:

(1) Minister of Finance Nguyen Van Thang, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on 04 projects: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Public Debt Management; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Insurance Business; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Statistics; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Prices.

(2) Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Draft Law on E-commerce.

(3) Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee Phan Van Mai presented the Verification Report on 05 projects: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Public Debt Management; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Insurance Business; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Statistics; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Prices; Law on E-commerce.

- From 8:50: The National Assembly discussed in groups about:

(1) Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Public Debt Management.

(2) Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Insurance Business.

AFTERNOON

The National Assembly continued to discuss in groups the following contents:

(1) Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Statistics.

(2) Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Prices.

(3) Draft Law on E-commerce.

Morning: The National Assembly held a plenary session at the Hall, carrying out the following contents: (1) listening to the Presentation of the draft Law on Construction (amended); (2) listening to the Presentation on 02 projects: Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Geology and Minerals; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of laws in the fields of agriculture and environment; (3) listening to the Verification Report on 03 projects: Law on Construction (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Geology and Minerals; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of laws in the fields of agriculture and environment; (4) listening to the Presentation and Verification Report on 03 projects: Law on Tax Administration (amended); Law on Personal Income Tax (amended); Law on Thrift and Anti-Waste; (5) listening to the Presentation on 02 projects: Law on Enforcement of Civil Judgments (amended); Law on Judicial Expertise (amended); (6) listening to Report on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Anti-Corruption; (7) listen Report on the review of 03 projects: Law on Enforcement of Civil Judgments (amended); Law on Judicial Expertise (amended); Law on Amendments and Supplements to a number of articles of the Law on Prevention and Control of Corruption. After that, the National Assembly discussed in Groups on: (1) Project on Enforcement of Temporary Detention, Temporary Imprisonment and Prohibition from Leaving the Place of Residence; (2) Project on Enforcement of Criminal Judgments (amended); (3) Project on Amendments and Supplements to a number of articles of the Law on Judicial Records.
