Previously, Hoang had participated in a parachute training course and maintained a daily routine of jogging and working out at the gym, so he did not have much difficulty experiencing activities that required good stamina and physical strength. In addition, the 23-year-old man also participated in a training course and practiced with safety equipment, learning the necessary skills for climbing up and down ropes and staying on the rope. To reach the zipline position on the mountain top at an altitude of 500m above sea level, Hoang and the expedition team had to trek and climb a long distance with vertical slopes. After that, they continued to zipline from the mountain top down to the eye socket about 40m.

That is, overcoming my own limits to conquer the height, admiring the beautiful panorama of the valley below that I had never known before,” Hoang said. The young man from Lang Son said that to have a safe trip with interesting experiences in Lan Ty valley, tourists should book tours from reputable, professional units instead of traveling on their own.
