On October 13, a leader of the People's Committee of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat, Lam Dong Province said that they will issue a decision to extend the temporary suspension of Ms. Nguyen Thai Quynh Nga, Principal of Trung Vuong Primary School, for 15 days.

Ms. Nguyen Thai Quynh Nga, Principal of Trung Vuong Primary School
Previously, on September 24, the People's Committee of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat temporarily suspended Ms. Nga from work for a period of 15 working days. The suspension period has now expired, so the People's Committee of the ward has continued to extend it.
The reason for the temporary suspension is because Ms. Nga did not properly perform the work within her authority according to the assigned functions and tasks at Trung Vuong Primary School.
According to the leader of Xuan Huong ward - Da Lat, the extension of the suspension of this female principal is to serve the process of verifying the information accusing her of importing dirty food into the school's boarding kitchen.
During the suspension of Ms. Nga, the People's Committee of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat assigned Mr. Nguyen Vinh Hien, Head of the Ward's Culture and Social Affairs Department, to be in charge of Trung Vuong Primary School.
Waiting for the conclusion of the dirty food accusation case
To date, Xuan Huong Ward – Da Lat has not yet received official verification results from the authorities regarding the accusation of importing dirty food into the above-mentioned primary school. The school’s canteen has been temporarily closed since September 22 and the time for serving students has not been determined.

Previously, Ms. NTKT (a kitchen staff at Trung Vuong Primary School for the 2024-2025 school year, has resigned) filed a complaint about importing dirty food into this school.
Accordingly, some days, food shows unusual signs such as: boiled meat turns green; boiled shrimp has black head; beef is mixed with oil; beef balls show signs of freezing; bones have an odor.
During the exchange on the night of September 19, Ms. Nguyen Thai Quynh Nga affirmed that when the dirty food was discovered, the school had handled it and did not cook it for the students. However, Ms. T. affirmed that the food was cooked and the students were "eaten" and not destroyed. The whistleblower affirmed: "Because of my conscience and morality, I cannot hide this for myself. If I tell the truth, I will take responsibility before the law."
The incident attracted the attention of many parents, not just Trung Vuong Primary School. Many worried parents have temporarily stopped their children from eating at school while waiting for official results from the authorities.
Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee has directed the Department of Health to coordinate with the provincial police inspection team to continue verifying the above reflection; clarify the cause, responsibility of related organizations and individuals and remedial solutions.
