Over the past 10 years, the implementation of Directive No. 05 in the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee has achieved positive and comprehensive results. Party committees, authorities, and organizations from the provincial to grassroots levels have seriously studied, grasped, deployed, and propagated it into annual and full-term topics; concretized and issued documents directing synchronous, proactive, and creative implementation. The content of studying and following Uncle Ho is practical, specific, and closely linked to reality.
The awareness of all levels, sectors, cadres, party members, union members, association members and people about Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has changed significantly. Studying and following Uncle Ho has become a voluntary, daily task. At the conference, representatives of agencies, units and localities discussed the organization and implementation of Directive No. 05 at the grassroots level. Outstanding results, lessons learned as well as good and creative practices in implementing the Directive, especially the construction and replication of advanced models and typical examples at all levels, sectors and localities.
At the summary conference, 24 collectives and 51 individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Provincial People's Committee Chairman.
In his speech directing and concluding the conference, the Provincial Party Secretary commended, acknowledged and congratulated the achievements of all levels, sectors, collectives and individuals in studying and following Uncle Ho over the past 10 years. However, in addition to the achieved results, he pointed out that the implementation of Directive No. 05 still has many limitations that need to be focused on overcoming.
