Bac Kan Province won 05 Gold and Silver Medals at the Mobile Propaganda Contest

National Mobile Propaganda Contest "Vietnam's Sea and Islands" in 2023

BBK - From May 18 to 21, at Hai Phong City Theater Square, a mobile propaganda contest "Vietnam's Sea and Islands" took place. Participating in the contest, Bac Kan province won 02 Gold Medals; 03 Silver Medals.

The program has the participation of more than 1,500 artists, actors, and propagandists from 46 Mobile Propaganda Teams (TTLĐ) from provinces and cities across the country. The program is directed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

The contents of the Bac Kan delegation's participation in the competition include: Propaganda car parade; Photo exhibition and Propaganda performance. In the Propaganda car parade, the Bac Kan delegation combined propaganda of the sea and islands with promotion and introduction of typical features, traditional cultural values, rich in national identity of Bac Kan province through the form of visual propaganda with propaganda broadcast via loudspeakers.

In the Photo Exhibition, the delegation displayed 30 documentary photos, images, and artifacts related to events, life, and daily work of local people; some documents and images about cultural heritage in Bac Kan province; Bac Kan with the sea and islands, aiming to raise the sense of responsibility of all classes of people towards the sacred sea and islands of the Fatherland.

The Cheering Arts competition is a comprehensive Singing and Dancing program with 05 special performances: Top Then "The Southern Country of the Southern Country"; Mong flute solo "Echo of the Mountains and Forests"; dance "Reaching the Sea"; performance "Love Market" and male solo "The Fatherland Calls My Name".

According to the leader of the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Bac Kan participated in the contest to organize propaganda to raise public awareness about the importance of the sea and ocean in the process of socio-economic development; affirm the sacred national sovereignty over Vietnam's borders and islands.
