Within the framework of the signing ceremony of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime, on the afternoon of October 25, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres chaired an international press conference on the signing ceremony of the Hanoi Convention.

Speaking at the press conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized that the signing ceremony of the Hanoi Convention is an event of historical significance and demonstrates the high sense of responsibility of countries in combating cybercrime.

To bring the Convention into reality after signing, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh called on countries to further promote international cooperation in training, technical assistance and technology transfer, and improve capacity in building and ensuring a safe and stable cyberspace./.
