In the context of the oil and gas industry facing many challenges and unpredictable fluctuations from the international market, risk management is no longer just a strategic task but has become a vital factor to ensure sustainable development for businesses. PTSC Corporation has clearly recognized the importance of building a strong risk management foundation, thereby implementing the Risk Management System Awareness and Implementation Training Program (HTQTRR) for all employees. The training program does not only stop at providing basic knowledge about risk management, but also aims to build a solid Risk Management Culture, where each individual in the organization understands and applies risk management principles to their daily work. This not only contributes to minimizing risks in business operations, but also creates a proactive, flexible and sustainable working environment. 
Led by internal lecturers, Deputy General Director Pham Van Hung in charge of Risk Management and the officers of the Safety and Quality Department, the workshop attracted nearly 400 employees from functional departments, project departments and units of PTSC Corporation. Raising awareness of Risk Management for the entire staff is the key for PTSC Corporation to pioneer in facing the challenges of the oil and gas industry, while strengthening its competitiveness in the international market. This is not only a preventive strategy, but also a way to maximize development opportunities from changes in the business environment.
This internal training event received enthusiastic participation from senior leaders to employees at PTSC Corporation, demonstrating the determination of the entire system in building a Risk Management Culture. With the motto "Preventing risks - Seizing opportunities", PTSC Corporation is demonstrating its ability to adapt and develop in an ever-changing world .
