Tin Nghia Corporation was leased nearly 53 thousand square meters of land for an industrial park.

(DN) - The Provincial People's Committee has issued Decision No. 2128/QD-UBND (dated June 23) on leasing land to Tin Nghia Corporation Joint Stock Company (Tin Nghia Corporation) to implement the project of investing in construction and business of infrastructure of Ong Keo Industrial Park, Phuoc Khanh Commune, Nhon Trach District.

According to the above decision, the Provincial People's Committee approved Tin Nghia Corporation to lease nearly 53,000 ^m2 of land (confirmed by the People's Committee of Nhon Trach district to complete compensation, support, and site clearance) to invest in construction and business of industrial park infrastructure. The land use term is until March 12, 2058, according to the project's operating term. The form of land lease is paid annually by the State.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to transfer information to the tax authority to determine financial obligations and notify land-using organizations to pay fees and charges. Sign a land lease contract with Tin Nghia Corporation and issue certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to the land after completing financial obligations as prescribed. Direct the implementation of updating and correcting cadastral records and land databases.

Tax and financial authorities and Nhon Trach District People's Committee guide and support the company in carrying out legal procedures and related obligations.

Tin Nghia Corporation is responsible for declaring the area of ​​land dedicated to rice cultivation to pay money to the State budget according to regulations. Actively coordinate with local authorities to handle complaints related to self-negotiated compensation and support for the area that the company has agreed with households; report to the State capital management agency for guidance on handling the self-negotiated funding source for handling according to regulations.

Responsible for reporting on the completion time of basic construction; paying land rent, fulfilling financial obligations as prescribed; using land within the correct boundary, area, and purpose of use that has been leased.

Ong Keo Industrial Park has a total area of ​​855.6 hectares, of which industrial land area is more than 823 hectares, the remaining area is inter-port road land.
