The Deputy Chief of the General Staff requested: The Party Committee and the Division Commander need to accurately assess and forecast the prevailing difficulties in order to have effective solutions to lead the unit to successfully carry out all tasks, especially in the border areas; continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the leadership resolutions and guidance documents from above to create high consensus in the awareness and actions of officers and soldiers.
