Political security, social order and safety are maintained; the situation of illegal proselytizing and free migration of Mong people is controlled; social evils and bad customs have significantly decreased; the solidarity between the provincial Armed Forces and the people of all ethnic groups in the province is increasingly close and consensual; The qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers have been highlighted, leaving good feelings in the hearts of the people. The above results have contributed to improving the material and spiritual life and accelerating the progress towards the new rural, advanced new rural, and model new rural areas of localities in the province.
At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying the achieved results, pointing out the limitations; at the same time sharing lessons, good practices, and creativity in implementing rural support activities, especially projects for the poor.
On this occasion, the Provincial Military Command proposed that Military Region 4 and the Ministry of National Defense award Certificates of Merit to 02 collectives, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Military Command and the Quan Son District Military Command; and award Certificates of Merit to 02 individuals, Colonel Le Van Trung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command and Senior Lieutenant Colonel Bui Trung Dien, Commander of the Quan Son District Military Command. The Provincial Military Command awarded Certificates of Merit to 13 collectives and 13 individuals with achievements in implementing the emulation movement "Thanh Hoa Armed Forces join hands to build new rural areas" and "Provincial Armed Forces join hands for the poor - leaving no one behind", for the period 2021 - 2025.
