President of the United States of America Joseph R. Biden will pay a State visit to Vietnam

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' announcement on September 5, at the invitation of General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam Nguyen Phu Trong, President of the United States of America Joseph R. Biden, Jr. will pay a State visit to Vietnam from September 10-11.
