Da Nang City exchanges administrative reform experience with Hoa Binh province

Vice Chairwoman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City Nguyen Thi Anh Thi said that in recent times, the City Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee have always paid attention to directing and determining that administrative reform is to serve the general socio-economic development of the city, serving the people and businesses; implementing innovation, proposing initiatives in each professional task, focusing on administrative procedures in a number of fields, cutting costs in terms of time and finance, at the same time building and developing e-Government, Digital Government associated with the development of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation in the city, in the spirit of implementing Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo .

At the meeting, the two sides discussed the implementation of the organization of the local apparatus according to the 2-level model. Reforming the civil service regime, attracting and employing talents; building and developing e-Government, Digital Government; developing applications and services to serve the people, organizing the development of platforms and databases; reforming public administration; implementing the autonomy mechanism at public service units; solutions to reduce direct budget expenditures for service units; solutions in disbursing the state budget investment plan; solutions to attract investment and develop local enterprises; solutions, initiatives, and good practices in administrative reform.
