TPBank announced a 50% interest reduction for customers affected by storms and floods.

According to the program to support individual customers affected by storms and floods caused by Typhoon Yagi of Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank ( TPBank ), in addition to reducing the current interest payment by up to 50%, the bank will maintain this reduced interest rate until January 31, 2025 at the latest. The program applies from now until the end of October, with a limit of up to VND 2,000 billion.

TPBank's interest rate support program covers all northern provinces affected by floods caused by storm Yagi such as: Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Hanoi , Cao Bang, Yen Bai, Tuyen Quang, Thai Nguyen, Lao Cai, ...

In addition to this special interest rate support program, TPBank previously adjusted the interest rate for loans to buy real estate, project houses; build and repair houses; and repay debts from other banks down to only 0%/year fixed for the first 3 months, 8.2% fixed for the next 9 months, with a 3-month fixed interest rate loan package.

In addition, the bank is always ready with loan packages with long-term fixed preferential interest rates such as: 6.8%/year fixed for the first 12 months; 7.3%/year fixed for the first 18 months; 7.8%/year fixed for the first 24 months; 8.8%/year fixed for the first 36 months. This interest rate is applied until the end of February of the following year.
