Recently, although the Government and ministries and branches have promptly resolved many difficulties, the construction progress of the above projects is still slow and has not met the plan.

To ensure the completion of the sections by December 19, contributing to achieving the target of 3,000 km of expressway as directed by the Government and Resolution of the 13th National Congress, the Deputy Prime Minister requested relevant units to make more efforts and not let the situation of progress delay arise.

The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Construction and the People's Committees of Khanh Hoa and Dak Lak provinces to direct investors and contractors to proactively respond to extreme weather, arrange safe camps, quickly clean the site, restore the construction site and update hydrological data to promptly adjust the design when necessary.

The Ministry of Construction must direct construction in "3 shifts, 4 teams", mobilize more human resources and equipment to complete the Chi Thanh - Van Phong section on schedule by December 19; continue to monitor, urge and promptly handle problems, ensuring the quality and progress of the entire project.
