At the ceremony, the organizing committee awarded 70 Vu A Dinh scholarships to ethnic minority students from disadvantaged backgrounds; 95 scholarships from the "For the Beloved Hoang Sa-Truong Sa" Club; and 20 scholarships for children of officers and professional soldiers of the Provincial Border Guard, each worth 1 million VND.
Ms. Le Minh Ngoc, former Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training and Deputy Head of the "For the Beloved Hoang Sa-Truong Sa" Club, stated that from 2010 to the present, the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund and the "For the Beloved Hoang Sa-Truong Sa" scholarship have awarded 1,860 scholarships to ethnic minority students; students from coastal and island areas; and students who are children of officers and professional soldiers of the Border Guard in Vinh Long province, including the former Tra Vinh and Ben Tre provinces.

The Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund and the "For the Beloved Hoang Sa-Truong Sa" scholarship contribute to the nurturing and development of young human resources for ethnic minority communities and coastal border regions.
This initiative empowers disadvantaged students in Vinh Long to strive for success, study hard, acquire knowledge, and contribute to building a prosperous and beautiful homeland in the future.
