The campaign takes place from October 6 to November 30, 2025, in response to the Hanoi Convention, launched by the Ministry of Public Security in coordination with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), relevant ministries and branches, the Digital Trust Alliance and the National Cyber Security Association.

According to the Provincial Police, in recent times, the situation of luring, manipulating, defrauding and human trafficking through cyberspace targeting teenagers has become complicated. Many victims, due to lack of awareness of online risks and a “self-isolating” mentality, have not shared with their families, schools or authorities in time, and have become targets of sophisticated scams.

The campaign aims to raise awareness, equip online safety skills and spread the message “Be safe online together”, emphasizing that children and adolescents are not alone when facing cyber risks; aiming to build a community of companionship between parents, students and schools to protect the young generation in the digital environment.

In Khanh Hoa, the Provincial Police Department requested agencies to coordinate in implementing two main groups of activities. Regarding communication, units are encouraged to share the campaign identity, use the official hashtag, post on the website, fanpage and change avatar/cover according to the campaign framework. Khanh Hoa Newspaper, Radio and Television cooperated with Khanh Hoa ANTV to produce reports and online propaganda video clips. Regarding education , the Department of Education and Training, Nha Trang University and Khanh Hoa University cooperated with the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention to organize training at 3 to 5 secondary schools, high schools and universities. Activities include skits, challenges with the participation of students, parents, teachers and reputable KOLs, reporters of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police. A handbook on preventing and combating online seduction will also be published and shared via LED screens, electronic boards or during flag salutes.
