According to the report of the North Cam Ranh Ward Public Administration Service Center, from July 1 to now, the center has received more than 3,000 administrative procedure records, including nearly 1,700 online records and nearly 1,400 direct records. The rate of online records reached 64.6%. Up to now, the ward has processed 2,420 records, including 2,416 on-time records and 4 overdue records; 604 records are being processed. The center always arranges civil servants to be on duty at the counter, ready to guide and support people in declaring and submitting records directly and online. 100% of computers at the center are connected to LAN and the Internet; 100% of officers and civil servants are equipped with printers and scanners to serve the reception and return of results; the internal network system serving file management is connected to the province's electronic one-stop software. The center also provides free wifi access for citizens, an area for citizens to submit applications online, and an activity monitoring system...
Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Phuong - Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee, Director of the Bac Cam Ranh Ward Public Administration Service Center said that, implementing the 2025 administrative procedure control plan of the Provincial People's Committee, the center has advised the Ward People's Committee to issue the 2025 administrative procedure control plan of the ward and directed specialized departments to review, evaluate, and simplify administrative procedures based on the contents of the criteria on necessity, reasonableness, legality... according to the guidance of the Government Office .
Continue to review and recommend simplifying administrative procedures
According to the leader of the Bac Cam Ranh Ward Public Administration Service Center, there are still some problems in the online payment process on the province's Information System; for administrative procedures in the field of establishment and operation of business households, there are also some shortcomings related to citizens' digital signatures. In the coming time, the center will continue to review to promptly advise the leaders of the Ward People's Committee to propose the Provincial People's Committee to amend, supplement, replace, abolish or cancel unnecessary and inappropriate regulations and administrative procedures; review and simplify administrative procedures, especially in terms of processing time, dossier components, and work processing procedures in a simple direction to create favorable conditions for organizations and individuals in handling administrative procedures.
Mr. Nguyen Hoat - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Cam Ranh Ward said that in the coming time, the ward will study the expansion of the Ward Public Administration Service Center, equipping more standard machines so that people and businesses can complete procedures quickly and conveniently. The ward also assigned a consulting team to be on duty at the center to support people and businesses to complete documents and procedures; thoroughly instructing the leaders of the departments to always consider people and businesses as the center of service, determined to bring the government closest to the people, understand the people, take the satisfaction of people and businesses as the key to development, thereby successfully implementing the assigned tasks.
