Planting more than 1,000 bougainvillea trees on National Highway 4D

On May 4, Lao Cai Road Joint Stock Company began planting more than 1,000 bougainvillea trees of various colors on National Highway 4D.

Accordingly, the area along National Highway 4D (convenient locations, with conditions for planting trees), from Km126 - Km137, (about 11 km) will be cleared of trees, grass, garbage... by Lao Cai Road Joint Stock Company to plant bougainvillea, creating a green, clean, beautiful and friendly landscape for people and domestic and foreign tourists.

Workers clear trees, grass, trash... along National Highway 4D to prepare to plant more than 1,000 bougainvillea trees.

It is known that this is one of the items in the construction roadmap of National Highway 4D, the section from Lao Cai city to Sa Pa town becomes a model route.

Previously, the Department of Transport deployed a pilot installation of a solar-powered lighting system on National Highway 4D.

Specifically, 40 lighting lamps with a capacity of 600W/lamp, the height from the road surface to the lamp is 7.5 m, installed evenly on a 1 km stretch of road, from Km125 - Km126, in Tong Sanh commune, Bat Xat district. The distance between the poles is about 25 m, the lamps are installed in convenient locations, ensuring maximum solar energy absorption.
