The introduction of a new training program at the Faculty of Journalism and Communication with 4 majors: Journalism, Multimedia Communication, Filming, Graphic Design with a training period of 2.5 years (compared to 2 years in the previous program) comes from the job needs of press agencies and media companies in the context of rapid development of science and technology, journalism and communication methods need to apply new skills to meet practical needs.

The new training programs will be applied with many criteria such as: increasing practice time, adding new media trends, applying technology: skills in producing radio and television talk shows in the form of PODCAST and VODCAST, integration trends in radio and television production... not only providing in-depth professional knowledge but also focusing on developing soft skills and creativity.
The new training program aims to provide students with learning and development opportunities in the field of Journalism and Communication, along with the completion of practice areas, virtual studios, studios and synchronous systems in classrooms. The 2024-2025 school year will apply the new training program, giving the Faculty of Journalism and Communication a new look, thereby enhancing the reputation and training quality of the school.
Dr. Kim Ngoc Anh - Principal of College of Radio and Television II shared: “The professional activities of the school have gradually developed strongly compared to the early period. The regular training majors and disciplines have been expanded at both college and university levels. Training management activities have been innovated in a modern way. Modern technical equipment has been invested to promptly serve specific training majors. The system of programs and textbooks is regularly innovated and updated”.
