On June 4, Cuu Long University had a meeting and worked with Nongbusanchon C&G Co., Ltd., Knuri Co., Ltd. and Top Field (Korea) on cooperation in the fields of education , training, scientific research and technology transfer.

On behalf of Cuu Long University, there were Dr. Nguyen Thanh Dung, Vice Rector of Cuu Long University; Master Nguyen Van Thanh, Senior Advisor to the Board of Directors; and leaders of several affiliated units.
Speaking at the meeting, Dr. Nguyen Thanh Dung said that in early 2025, Cuu Long University will celebrate its 25th anniversary. After nearly 25 years of construction and development, the school has trained and awarded degrees to more than 32,000 bachelors, engineers and more than 1,000 masters.
It is a multi-disciplinary, multi-field training school including: Health Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities, Engineering - Technology, Economics - Finance. In which, the strongest is the Health Sciences Block.
Currently, the Health Sciences Block has 5 training majors (Nursing, Medical Laboratory Technology, Pharmacy, Medical Doctor, Midwifery, Medical Imaging Technology).
Regarding international cooperation, the school has cooperative relations with many units in Korea, Japan... In 2019, the school cooperated with Ssangyoung Electric Company Limited (Korea) to build a solar power plant with a capacity of nearly 1,000KW.
In Japan alone, the school has cooperated to send students to do internships in the fields of Health Sciences and Technology. The school hopes to continue expanding its cooperative relationship with companies and businesses in Korea related to the fields of artificial intelligence, agriculture, medicine, technology, etc. Thereby, contributing to improving the quality of training, affirming the position and reputation of the school.
Experts introduce drone models
The parties discussed the contents that could lead to cooperation in the future, specifically: Cooperation in training for international ISO certificates for individuals. Training for lecturers and students of Cuu Long University to operate and control drones for agricultural production activities. Cooperation in training in the fields of medicine, engineering, technology, agriculture, wastewater treatment. Application of new technology to respond to climate change, saltwater intrusion, etc.

After the exchange, Cuu Long University and Nongbusanchon C&G Co., Ltd. organized the signing of a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the fields of education, training, scientific research and technology transfer. Through the working session, it opened up opportunities for lecturers and students of Cuu Long University to exchange and access advanced science and technology, contributing to improving the training efficiency of the school.
