Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance accepts applications from 15 points

GD&TĐ - The score for receiving applications from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance based on the 2025 high school graduation exam results is 15 points for all majors.

On the morning of July 16, the Admissions Council of Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF) announced the admission scores (floor scores) for regular university admission methods in 2025.

Accordingly, the school's admission score for 2025 based on the 2025 high school graduation exam results is 15 points for all training majors; with the admission method based on 12th grade transcripts based on a combination of 3 subjects and the average score of the entire 12th grade transcript, the admission score is 18 points.

Regarding the results of the HCM City National University's Competency Assessment Exam, the school's admission score is 600/1,200 points, and the V-SAT exam is 225/450 points.

MSc. Truong Thi Ngoc Bich, Director of UEF Information and Communication Center, said that this year, the admission score based on the 2025 high school graduation exam results method will decrease by 1-4 points compared to 2024, depending on the training major.

Based on the scores announced by the school, candidates wishing to apply for admission to the school by various methods will register and adjust their wishes online on the Ministry of Education and Training 's Admissions Portal before 5:00 p.m. on July 28.

According to MSc. Truong Thi Ngoc Bich, the school continues to accept applications for review of academic records until July 28. Interested candidates submit applications using the methods of considering 12th grade academic records according to a combination of 3 subjects and considering the average score of the entire 12th grade academic records, the score for receiving application for review is 18 points.

This year, the school continues to expand its scholarship policy for candidates with corresponding scores, candidates with high school graduation exam scores from 21 points; candidates with academic transcript scores based on the average score of a combination of 3 subjects from 21 points will be considered for scholarships from 25%, 50%, 100%.

Candidates with IELTS certificate from 5.5 or higher have the opportunity to receive scholarships from 25% to 100%.

From July 1, candidates who have and wish to participate in the school's admission process through various methods will also be offered free English experience courses and skills training programs by the school to enhance support for candidates during their studies at the school.

In addition, the school has announced a policy of stabilizing tuition fees for the entire course combined with a 5 million VND incentive for the first 1,000 candidates admitted to the school in 2025 according to various methods.
